1. 今天整体发挥还算不错，跳跃动作都完成了，本身出发前两周脚疼才有所缓解所以稍微降了点难度。整体滑下来比较从容。
2. 相较于自由滑短节目损失还是略大，尤其是短节目的跳跃。但是步伐四级对我个人来讲是个进步。
3. 自由滑换了个考斯滕，新赛季新的精神面貌吧。灵感来源于悟空。自由滑音乐没变还是比较想把中国风带给大家。
4. 今年没有GP还是很遗憾，感谢大家的支持，希望在赛场和大家下次见。会继续打磨好好加油。

2. I lost more ground in the short program than in the free skate, particularly on the jumps. But earning Level 4 for the step sequence was a personal step forward.
